Validity: Offer is valid in which bookings are made through https://hkia.allwaysvip.com/ or at the ALLWAYS Concierge Hong Kong service counters at the Hong Kong International Airport within the promotion/booking period. The discount will be automatically applied to the booking. There is no limit to the number of bookings that can be made; however, the discount may be nullified should the booking be subsequently modified. Offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers.
Smart Traveller: Smart Traveller member’s exclusive benefit of 15% only applies to Meet & Assist, Electric Buggy Service, Home Baggage Pick-up and Delivery, Limousine Service, Porter Service, Wheelchair Rental Service, Luggage Wrapping & Strapping and Baby Stroller Rental Service.
Availability: Reservations are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking within the promotion period in order to enjoy the Discount. Booking is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by ALLWAYS Concierge Hong Kong in full. Booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Booking Modification/Cancellation: Booking modification may be made up to 24 hours before the service time. A 25% of the total booking amount (before Discount is applied), whichever is higher, will be imposed. No refund for any cancellation made within 24 hours before service time. No refund will be arranged for no-shows.
